Metaphors are not just clever wordplay. A compelling metaphor is a simple yet powerful tool that helps people understand complex ideas. It can be also a great way to introduce new perspectives.
Metaphors are often used to explain project management practices by referring to common activities such as cooking or traveling. Something I’m also experimenting with, using recipes to explain basic concepts, such as in this one:
